1. Light the morning ‘Good Vibes’ natural incense with orange and bergamot and frankincense to wake you up. (I promise it won’t make you hurl)
2. Have a shower or bath with the activated charcoal peppermint & bergamont soap in the cotton bag to produce lots of lather, it’ll remove some of the excess toxins from the night before,… but not your sins!

3. Rub on a little bit of the essential oil aromatherapy ‘Hair of the Dog” on all of your pulse points or all over your body if you so wish ( not your carpet tongue though…ghack!!!) take it with you and put it on periodically throughout the day especially across your headache laden temples and forehead.
4. When it’s all over and you get home, light the all natural night time incense “Happy Camper”
